I have literally spent my whole day and night! on Forums and blogs trying to learn something before I have to go back to school. All I have to say is that this is not easy at all. Do try scam.com and the rip off report before doing anything. It is so easy to get sucked into these things and then pump in lots of money that many of us do not have. As I said earlier, I am trying the plug in profit site. It really does seem sensible and you have access to alot of information and guidance. There is so much information on the Warrior Forum and I almost feel as if I connected to some people already. Apparently they have time like I do (for another week) to post and give info. After Labor Day my time I can give this will be cut considerably unless I make a point of getting alot less sleep!
I'll keep you informed and please let me know what you have tried.
Sincerely,
TheMoneyMakingMathTeacher...or at least I hope!

I Did It
On my last post I mentioned a guy named Stone Evans. Afterwards I looked him up on Google to try to get an idea of what his system is all about. It is much more than SFI and I get the impression he is all about showing you how you can accomplish what he has accomplished. I imagine that someone with tons of free time on their hands can learn what he teaches on their own, but who has that???? OK....I'm going for it. I realize I'm going to put some money into it that in reality I DO NOT HAVE!!! I just don't see any way around it though. You have to invest something...don't you???? I'm a little scared but this is the only way to get past your fears...you just have to do it!!
I'll let you know.
I'll let you know.

More Research on Internet Businesses
Hey..today is Sunday and I have about 2 weeks left of vacation left before I'm back at school. I literally have spent most of today reading, writing and researching. I have honestly looked into the SFI marketing group again because I found a couple of things that caught my eye. I was reading the profiles of a few of the power sellers, leaders, etc. and there was a profile on this guy named Stone Evans or at least his first name is Stone. He apparently is really doing well with SFI but I saw him on his own website promoting his own methods. He doesn't tell you it links back to SFI though! He does give you a website of your own though and an autoresponder but its still SFI which you can sign up for free.
In order to make money, you have to become an "Executive" with the company and either buy or sell some stuff. There's a program called IAHBE (International Association of Home Based Entrepeneurs) that costs about $30 a month. There is alot of info you get with the program and I figure that is about 2 or 3 less bottles of wine a month that I should buy.
I'll let you know when I sign up and what happens from there. Good luck in your search too!

Still Trying
OK..today is Friday and my goal today is to research. I have spent hours online and my vision is getting blurry but I have about 2 weeks before school starts and I want to use my free time wisely. I'm still not totally convinced about www.ignotius.com but they at least had some real job opportunities. Actually, someone clicked on my link for that website and I was paid $5. Now all I have to do is get other people to do the same.
Well, as I am learning I will keep writing. I'm trying to learn all I can about marketing and doing it as cheaply as possible (remember my next year's salary has been sliced!) I have found some free advertising websites but I haven't totally figured out exactly how to do the mechanics. I will though.
So you see, I am so new at this. I would love to hear from anyone with ideas, advice, etc. If any of you out there are teachers, I would love to hear from you too. I'll be posting about education as well.

Trying So Hard
I have been trying so hard to find some honest work at home /online business options and it has been almost impossible. I am a teacher in Westchester county New York where we are paid very decent salaries to deal with uptight parents. To make a long story short, I quit my high paying job to work with at risk kids and I am taking a huge pay cut...more about that later.
So here I am...looking to make some extra money and willing to work for it. Where are the legitimate companies?? I have found hundreds of "duplicate" websites that offer countless amount of money if you just give them about $40 or $50 bucks. Some even charge about $1200 to start. I inquired about one of those (Wealth Masters) and spoke to someone on the phone for about an hour. After telling me how hard he DOES NOT have to work or chase people, I am still getting calls from him 2 months later!!!
I'm still looking and have found a good website that promotes some honest work. The woman's name is Kelly Land and she is at www.moneymakingmommy.com
I'm not a mommy but I thought that would be a good place to start. I signed up for one program but I'll let you know about that more when I have some results!
